Hello everyone! I am Oksana Kolarkova. I have been a teacher at the Pedagogical University for about 7 years. I like my job. In the majority of cases I work with foreign students who are from different countries: China, Turkey, Vietnam and wherenot. Most of problems face me while teaching first-year foreign students. At this period they are bad at both English and Russian. So, you have to find more successful ways of communication.
In order to help foreign students to get accustomed to new country conditions, traditions, each year our University organizes a concert named "All flags are welcome to us" where many foreign students from different N.Novgorod universities are engaged. Here foreign students are welcome to show their talent in singing, dancing, playing different musical instruments.
At the same time I am a part-time post-graduate stutent. My speciality is Pedagogy. My thesis is also connected with foreign students teaching.
